Peacocks cichlids, upon maturity, are the brightest cichlids in the entire World. At two inches not so much, but the albino peacock is an exception – displaying full color from birth. Peacock cichlids get along with nearly all Afican cichlids, catfish, and large tetras and barbs, and larger oddball Africans. They get beat up by Mbunas – particularly Zebra cichlids. So if you plan to keep them with aggressive African cichlids provide hiding places and a large fish tank.
Extra large cichlids are at least four inches in size upon shipping.
