Arrow crabs are also called the Spider Crab due to the obvious similarities. The Arrow Crab inhabits reefs from Indonesia to Mexico and California. Males are larger then the females but both get larger than six inches. Arrow crab crawls quickly with the help of the long legs advantage to attack small slower moving fish but usually they are harmless and scavange food among the rocks and sand of the fish tank. These crustaceans are nice additions to a mid size reef tank.
