The beautiful predator fish called the Jardini arowana is also referred to as the black arowana or Australian arowana. The fish is similar in shape to the endangered Formosa Arowana or Asian Arowana. Jardini grow to about two feet in the aquarium and three feet in the wild. Aquarists can transition jardini to floating pellet food, but these monster fish still require some live feeder fish. Please have small feeders available, particularly for the smaller size.
